[Jane is, again, very perplexed that Dirk's going through all this trouble. So much trouble. For her? When she's, like...not...ultimate enough for him, or something? Even though they agreed on a ceasefire?

But for what it's worth, she's saving that fucking wrapping paper.

And instructing Deva to keep this new doll hidden from Dinah when she gives it to her, because Dinah is a petty little bitch when it comes to these things.

For what it's worth? The pocket watch (the human sized one) is delightful. Impressive in that way only Dirk Strider can emulate, because holy shit, you know he made this, and clockwork and watches are not easy things to just up and make.

The doll-sized watch, a twin to the human-sized one in all but...well, size...can she just find a place to store that where it won't be accidentally swallowed or broken? But also where she can access it and take a look at the shapes etched into the front of both? She has no concept of these shapes, but she is starting to get Ideas.
