Oh, I definitely think we can, but it'd take a lot more than just adding a touch of color I think. What with all the rebuilding that seems to go on lately, recovery could take a fair amount of time.
Basically we need to commit to this war and bring it to an end. With the constant damage and shifts in our attention, all efforts to recover this place are patch jobs. It's a work in progress in any case.
That's what it feels like, honestly! A patch job! Not only in fixing things, but when we take part in the fight. We get thrown into something big, and then it draws back, and something else happens, and we're distracted until we're thrown in again. Maybe if the battles could be pushed further away and honed in on until the end, the city could be rebuilt and stay whole. I don't know, I'm not good at plotting that sort of thing.
