Peter was found in the wreckage of the aftermath of a crash in March 2019 caused by mysterious circumstances. Initially hesitant and fearful from his experiences, Jane decided to take him in and keep him away from the Aether Foundation agents who were gathering up the Galar starters from the crash site, and has thus earned his unending trust and love. After a year of being in her care, Peter has finally decided he is ready to battle. He can rush into things and insist he's perfect for any situation at times, but to Jane it's endearing and a sign of all the healing he's done so far. He's flourished in fighting, and has quickly evolved and grown stronger, hoping he can continue to do so for his girl.
